Come to this workshop to prepare and practice a negotiation strategy for a faculty position. In this workshop, we will help you answer the two most common questions asked by UCSF trainees during the negotiation process: What should I ask for? How can I ask for it? We highly recommend that you attend or watch the recording of Bill Lindstaedt’s “Negotiating your faculty job offer” seminar prior to this session, and that you bring a draft of your budget with you.
